Mix some butter and oil and melt them together in a frying pan. Now it is time to add the onions and fry the content for about 2 minutes until the onions turn golden brown. Now, drop the chicken mixture and fry  for closer to 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;    Add some coriander and mix it with the yogurt blend and add it to the chiecken fry mix. Let the contents cook until it boils. Microwave for 2 mins at 100% power .Reposition and turn over.Brush with oil for the crispy taste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;4.Paneer:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a microwave safe bowl, boil 2 cups of milk at 100% power for 6-7 mins. Add 5 tsp of curd. Stir and microwave for 2 mins. at 100% power.Wait till paneer seperates.Strain it and set it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- adsensefirst --&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;5.Ghee:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Microwave butter in a deep microwave safe bowl for 7-8 mins.at 80% power (covered).Ghee will separate from the solid .When cool,strain it and store in bottles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;6.Garlic bread:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apply butter and garlic paste on 2 bread slices.Microwave at 100% power for 2 mins .on the turn table on the tissue paper.When cool,it becomes crispy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;7.Bread Crumbs:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spread 1 cup of small bread pieces on the turn table on the tissue paper.Microwave for 2-3 mins.at 100% power. When cool it becomes crunchy and crispy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;8. Coconut  Milk:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Microwave 1 cup of grated coconut in 2 cups of water at 100% power for 5-6 mins.in a microwave safe bowl.Allow to stand for 5 mns .starin it and collect the coconut milk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;9.Instant Soups:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To prepare 1 small packet(30 gms) of soup,mix the contents in 300ml of cold water in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 100% power for 3-4 mns .stir and microwave at 60% power for 3-4 mins.till thick.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;10. Blanching Almonds:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add .5 cup of almonds to 1 cup of water.
